Any owner or manager of forest or agricultural land can submit a project. Feasibility will be assessed during the diagnostic phase: minimum size, carbon potential, location, and sustainability criteria compliance.
Stock CO2 takes a commission on monetized carbon credits. There is no upfront cost to submit your project or conduct the assessment. Certification costs are shared equitably between Stock CO2 and the project holder.
Typically 6-12 months depending on project complexity and any necessary adjustments. The assessment phase takes 2-4 weeks, and project setup 3-6 months.
You must maintain the practices described in your management plan for the project's duration (typically 30-50 years for forest projects). Stock CO2 ensures annual monitoring and reporting to guarantee compliance.
