These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website stock-co2.com published by Stock CO2. Access to and use of the website implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions. Stock CO2 reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Modifications are applicable as soon as they are published. Applicable law: French law. Competent jurisdiction: Paris courts.
Article 1 — Access to the website
The website stock-co2.com is freely accessible to any person with internet access. Access to information is free. Certain features require the creation of an account or subscription to a service with Stock CO2. The user acknowledges the inherent risks of the internet (interception, hacking). Connection costs remain the user's responsibility.
Article 2 — Website availability
Stock CO2 commits to ensuring the availability of the website 24/7. Interruptions are possible for maintenance, updates, emergency repairs or force majeure. These interruptions shall not engage the liability of Stock CO2.
Article 3 — User obligations
The user is responsible for the compatibility of their equipment with the website. Login credentials and passwords are personal, confidential and non-transferable. The user is solely responsible for the use of their credentials.

5.1 – Stock CO2 processes personal data to manage the commercial relationship, the client area, awareness campaigns and website audience measurement. The list of data collected, purposes, legal bases, recipients and retention periods per data category are set out in our privacy policy, which prevails in case of any difference with this article.
