Afforestation: Label Bas-Carbone projects
The Afforestation method recognises the carbon stored by a new forest planted on land that was not wooded.
Stock CO2 presents 95 projects of this method, labelled under the Label Bas-Carbone, in 8 regions: Pays de la Loire (29), Nouvelle-Aquitaine (21), Normandie (13), Centre-Val de Loire (12), Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (6), Grand Est (5), Hauts-de-France (5) and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (4). They cover 791 hectares and represent 213,543 tonnes of CO₂ of expected emission reductions over their lifetime.
